Foreign travel organization service_KBF/28/2026 Provision of travel organization and other services related to foreign assignments for the Magyar Nemzeti Bank (hereinafter: MNB) within the framework of expatriate office services for foreign assignments related travel organization services: plane ticket, train ticket, bus ticket, boat ticket, ferry ticket, vehicle rental, reservation of foreign accommodation, provision of other tourist services related to missions (sickness, accident, luggage insurance, flight ticket insurance, special trip cancellation insurance, guided tours, visa administration as needed, transfers, foreign business/VIP waiting room). Travel organization tasks related to MNB's foreign guests (providing other services): plane tickets, train ticket, bus ticket, boat ticket, ferry ticket, vehicle rental and accommodation reservation, transfer service on demand. The tenderer must provide office services relocated to a location of the MNB, in the office space it provides. Foreign as part of a secondment, the number of trips in the MNB is on average 800 (+/- 20%) per year, the majority of which are by plane, the rest by train, bus, or car. Flight ticket bookings are approx. 15% is for business class, the rest for tourists (economy) to class.
