1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Pesos (Php 124, 890.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. For use of OGS, General Maintenance Division - Civil Works Section. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for Mason Frame and Electric Drill. Delivery of the Goods is required 5 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within One (1) Year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
