1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 229, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. For use of Office of the City Mayor-s Vehicle. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for Tires. Delivery of the Goods is required 5 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within One (1) Year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
