1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract.. For use of City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for Rubber Boat. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
