Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Minimum 05 years of general experience in web-based software solution development.2. Must have valid and up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, Up-to date TAX Clearance Certificate and Incorporation Certificate.3. Needs to have at least ten running enterprise level software solution in Bangladesh in either for Government of Bangladesh or any of its agencies or any other corporate sector.4. Need to submit software portfolio with contact reference and experience certificates.5. Need to have copyright certificate of software.6. Need to have experience of e-commerce website design & development.7. Need to have working experience with Bangladesh govt. organization.8. Need to have competent full time manpower in the team that includes Project Manager, System Analyst, Solution Architect, Database Expert, Developers, Technical Writer and dedicated Support Engineers. Vendor will have to submit signed CV of each expert.9. Team members must have renowned international certification ISO/CISA/PMP/ITIL.10. Proven record of financial and institutional soundness of the firm.11. Need to have valid and up-to-date company insurance.12. Must be member of Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS).13. Need to have its own infrastructure facilities where prototyping and testing can be done. Such infrastructure includes necessary servers, connectivity, software tools for testing load/security. Please submit necessary documents.14. Copy of National ID of Authorized Person (First 2 pages of Passport) must be submitted.15. One copy photo of Authorized Person must be submitted.As per TDS
