This RFP defines the requirements for the supply of a comprehensive lighting system intended to support recreational baseball and softball activities. The Local Government is seeking a durable, high-performance solution that meets established lighting performance standards, minimizes environmental impacts such as spill light and glare, and supports long-term operation through appropriate controls, components, and warranty provisions. The procurement is for goods only. The successful Supplier will be responsible for providing a complete and fully integrated lighting system, including all equipment, components, and technical documentation required for installation, commissioning, and operation. Installation of the system will be completed separately by the Local Government or its designated contractors. The Local Government currently operates sports field lighting systems at other municipal facilities that utilize Musco lighting infrastructure and associated control systems.
