1. The subject of the order is the supply of bread for the hospital kitchen of the Independent Public Health Care Team 27-300 Lipsko ul. J. niadeckiego 2, hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party, in accordance with the detailed description included in the assortment and price form (Appendix No. 2 to SWZ).2. Products delivered must be fresh and of good quality.3. The specified quantities are estimates and may change depending on the customer's current needs. The ordering party will order the expected assortment worth at least 50% of the concluded contract2. If the description of the subject of the order contains any trademarks, patent or origin, it should be assumed that the Ordering Party provided such a description with an indication of the type and allows the submission of equivalent offers with technical/operational/utility parameters not worse than those given in the description of the subject of the order. 3. Any deliveries that do not comply with the order will be returned to the supplier and must be replaced with appropriate ones.4. Gross unit prices of goods covered by this agreement specified in Annexes No. 1 of the assortment and price form will be remain in force for a period of at least 6 months.5.
