WHEREAS; 2 laptop is needed of Brgy. Treasurer and Brgy. Secretary as the laptop of Brgy. Treasurer is deteriorated and not functioning;
WHEREAS; Barangay Secretary needed a laptop to be used for Barangay Information and Management System (BIMS) like RBI's, Certificates, Barangay Profiling and others as the new guideline of DILG.
