1. The Barangay Portic, through the 20% Development Fund FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (P 150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement/Installation of CCTV-East Portion No. 001-12-2025 INFRA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The Barangay Portic, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 9 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instruction Bidders).
