The General Corporation for Road Transport announces its desire to hold an internal tender At the total speed of maintenance work on the Dana - Atma - Deir Ballut road.
Contract duration: 120 calendar days.
The tender is conducted in accordance with the unified system of contracts for public bodies issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the book of general conditions issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004, and in accordance with the special technical specifications and the book of legal and financial conditions. The bidder is considered to be familiar with the project file according to the following conditions:
Only thirty-seven million two hundred and seventy-two thousand new Syrian pounds
Initial deposits: (5%) of the estimated statement value, valid until the end of the bidder's engagement with his offer.
Final insurance: (10%) of the value Assignment, all partners submit temporary and final guarantees, and the subscription application includes that they are joint and several persons
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his bid: (60) days from the date of submission of bids.
Duration of the nominated contractor's commitment to his offer: (180) days from the day following the date on which he was notified of the referral order.
