The purpose of this REOI is to identify suppliers that wish to participate in a forthcoming Invitation to Bid for Hotel Accommodation and Conference Services for a large conference planned to take place in Oslo, Norway during 5-8 September 2023. Please find in the attached documents the Request for Expressions of Interest and the related Application form. Note that there are short-listing criteria, related to the location, capacity and availability, which must be met by the applicants. Submissions are to be sent to [email protected] no later than 29 March 2023, 16.00 Helsinki time (UCT + 2:00 hours) or 15:00 hours Oslo time (UCT + 1:00 hours). Late submission may not be considered. The bidding documents will be sent to applicants who have sumbitted an application form and who meet the short-listing criteria. Vendors wishing to participate in solicitation exercises conducted by the UNU-WIDER must have completed the process of self-registration at the Basic Level in the UNGM portal, including confirmation of the acknowledgment of the United Nations Supplier Code of Conduct.
