This project involves the regular maintenance and cutting of grass on infill lots, which are vacant or underutilized Moose Jaw owned, or Moose Jaw controlled parcels of land within the limits of the City of Moose Jaw. The primary tasks include mowing, trimming, debris removal, and periodic inspection to ensure the lots are neat, clean, and safe. Scope of the Work 1. 1. Mowing: • Frequency: Once every three (3) weeks or two (2) times a season during the growing season (May to September) • Equipment: Use of commercial-grade mowers to maintain grass height between 2-3 inches. 2. Trimming: • Frequency: In conjunction with mowing. • Areas: Around trees, fences, streetlights, sidewalks, and other obstacles. • Equipment: Use of string trimmers and edgers. 3. Debris Removal: • Frequency: If any, prior to mowing and trimming. • Tasks: Removal of litter, leaves, and other debris to prevent hazards and maintain cleanliness. 4.
