1. The subject of the order is the development of complete design and cost estimate documentation.2. The subject of the order includes the preparation of multi-disciplinary design and cost estimate documentation in order to submit an application or obtain a building permit. Performer undertakes to cooperate with the Ordering Party at the stage of submitting the application or the process of obtaining a building permit.3. The Ordering Party informs that a detailed description of the construction requirements is included in the functional and utility program constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ.4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract, in accordance with the template constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
