The subject of the public contract, which is a concession in the sense of ZZVZ, is a) transfer of ownership rights to the land on which the new football stadium will be built in Brno, in the Lužánky locality - defined by the current location of the former football stadium behind Lužánky, specifically for: •land park. No. 809/1, type of built-up area and courtyard, with an area of 34, 170 m2, which includes a building - civic amenities object, without identification number, •land park. No. 1082, built-up area and courtyard, with an area of 137 m2, which includes construction - construction of technical equipment, without a descriptive number, •land park. No. 1083, type other area, type of use other area, with an area of 146 m2, and • to a part of the land park. No. 1077/5, type of area other, type of use other communication with an area of 12, 002 m2, (while the specific size of the part of the land to which ownership will be transferred will be the subject of negotiations within the concession procedure), all in c.ú. Ponava, municipality of Brno, registered on LV No. 10001 at the Cadastral Office for South Moravia region, Cadastral office Brno-město; b) the commitment of the selected supplier (concessionaire) to the construction of a football stadium (hereinafter referred to as the "football stadium") and its subsequent operation for the purpose determined in advance by the contracting authority, subject to compliance with the agreed conditions after duration of the concession.
