The University of Ottawa (“University”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to invite qualified and experienced service providers (“Proponents”) to submit proposals for the provision of foot grill maintenance services at the different identified sites (identified in Exhibit 3 - Foot Grill Master Plans). The list of sites may be amended at any time during the Contract term, and the University will provide written notice to the successful Proponent of any additions, removals, or changes.The objective of this RFP is to select a Proponent capable of delivering the yearly foot grill maintenance services in accordance with industry best practices and the requirements set out in Exhibit 2 - Statement of Work.
