Delivery date : Delivery will be made daily, weekly or monthly and the materials requested by the institution daily, weekly or monthly will be delivered to our hospital`s food depot with delivery slip during working hours (0800-1100). Two copies of delivery slips are issued and one copy is delivered in the otherwill remain in the contractor. The Inspection Commission shall be present at the time of delivery.
