Tender Details

The object of the procurement is the food and bakery products of the City of Helsinki's service center business (later Palvekuskeskus Helsinki or the customer) for Helsinki's schools, daycare centers and the care sector. A more detailed description of the procurement can be found in the tender request and its attachments. The procurement consists of the following product groups: - Fish, vegetable, meat and hybrid products - Gluten-free products - Christmas boxes - Pastries - Temptations and boxes - Special diet products One supplier is selected for each product. In this procurement, empty lines are allowed, i.e. the bidder chooses which products (lines) it offers. The procurement unit compares the offered products line by line. The bidder may not offer exactly the same product as for one line. If the bidder offers the same product for more than one line, these bids will be rejected as contrary to the request for bids. The bidder may leave several bids on the same line if the offered products differ from each other in terms of product characteristics. In this case, the bidder fills in the information of the products of the same line that he is offering for separate procurement programs and attaches them as an appendix to his offer.
