FOOD FOR LEARNING CONTINUITY PLAN / PERFORMANCE IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW SEMINAR located at
Kabihasnan St., San Dionisio, Paranaque City. The maximum Bid Offer or Approved Agency Cost Estimate for the

The opening of bids will be on December 3, 2025, at 2:00 pm at SBM Conference Room. The sealed
bids may be submitted before the opening of bids. Bids are to be opened publicly in the presence of the
School Bids and Awards Committee. Late bids shall not be accepted.
Parañaque Elementary School Central reserves the right to reject any bids without offering any reason, waive any
required formality, and award the contract to the bidder whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the agency.
