Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. DLA Troop Support Pacific, Procurement Office Hawaii intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract for an urgent requirement for Food (Health) Supplements for the Department of Defense (DoD) customers on Oahu, Hawaii. Items must be delivered/shipped to the island of Oahu, Hawaii. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation number is DLATSP-20-SS-0001. This is a 100% small business set aside and the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 446191; Food (Health) Supplement Stores. This United States (U.S.) industry is primarily comprised of establishments engaged in retailing food supplement products, such as vitamins, nutrition supplements, and body enhancing supplements. The applicable small business size standard is 500 employees. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-- Commercial Items, and its addendum applies to this acquisition.
