1. The Contractor will deliver the articles only in the packaging specified in the Price Calculation Form in the quantity consistent with the Ordering Party's needs,

In the absence of ordered assortmentitem included in the offer, the Contractor is obliged to deliver this item within 12 hours from the moment of receiving information about its lack or delivery of a substitute with quality characteristics and food values ​​(taste, smell, composition, color) not worse than the product mentioned by the Ordering Partyit while maintaining the offer prices after consultation with a person authorized by the shipowner,

3. The contractor is obliged to deliver the ordered goods within a maximum of 48 hours (depending on the declaration in the offer) from the moment the order is placed by a person authorized by the shipowner in writing.ej (e-mail, etc.) In special cases, it is permissible to collect the ordered goods directly from the Contractor's headquarters by a person authorized by the shipowner,

4. The delivery process of the food being the subject of the order should be consistent with the HACCP system in force and implemented by the Contractor.in food processing (European Union Directive 93/43/EEC on the hygiene of foodstuffs),

5. The Ordering Party requires that the offered products be:

a) of the first quality, and deep freezing is required for meat supplies, provided it will not be stated otherwise in the order,
