Specification of the subject of the order

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of bread and pastries. The goods must be bygiven undamaged in a healthy and fresh condition in the highest quality and with traceability of origin according to the request of the public contracting authority in these tender documents and in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic and the EU. The subject of the order also includes related services connected with transport to the place of delivery, nalohauling and unloading the delivered goods at the destination. The quantities of individual types of goods will be specified in regular orders. The species composition of the individual items of the contract is detailed in the appendix of these tender documents.

2. The subject of the order must meet all the statutory requirementsstandards for the given subject of the contract, must be of the first quality class and must meet all requirements for health-safe goods.
