In the latter case, the entity must be signatory member of the Mutual Recognition Agreements of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (MRA of ILAC) and have the respective ISO standard in its scope) and specialized, for taking samples in processed foods crafts, raw materials and gastronomic products, to which chemical, microbiological, physical, parasitic, and risk assessments are applied, within the framework of the program called; “Training, formalization, and installation of the safety assurance system”, also implement an improvement plan for producers, beneficiaries of the program, based on the analyses, guaranteeing that both the safety, chemical composition and quality of the products comply with the Food Health Regulations (RSA) and current regulations.
