FOOD AND VENUE FOR GENDER SENSITIVITY TRAINING - MSWDO-GAD
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P 216, 000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for FOOD AND VENUE FOR GENDER SENSITIVITY TRAINING - MSWDO-GAD, with ITB No. 2026-004-063-GDS-NPTFB. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations
(IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, we invite legally, technically and financially
capable suppliers to negotiate with the LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO on subject requirement.
