INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
FOOD AND HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
1. The LGU-SIPOCOT, through the LDRRMFIP 2026 intends to apply the sum of P 677, 583.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Food and Hotel Accommodation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-SIPOCOT now invites bids for the Food and Hotel Accommodation. Delivery of Goods is required within 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
