Logan City Council is seeking experienced and qualified operator(s) to manage food and beverage services across the following separable portions:• Separable Portion 1 – Logan Entertainment Centre• Separable Portion 2 – Limelight Café• Separable Portion 3 – Basement CaféThe successful Contractor(s) will be responsible for the delivery of food and beverage services in accordance with the relevant specification for each portion, including service delivery, staffing, compliance, and ongoing performance management.ENQUIRIES:Any questions and responses shall be collated, documented and distributed to all tenderers to ensure equity and fairness to all respondents.All enquiries in relation to this tender must be submitted via the VendorPanel Online Forum.LODGEMENT OF SUBMISSIONS:Tenders must be submitted via the VendorPanel Portal.
