INVITATION TO BID FOR FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION for 40 pax for 4 days
1) The Local Government Unit of Maitum, through the POPvintends to apply the sum of Php 376, 400.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION (101)-26-07-1152 dated July 30 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Maitum now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within 30 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
