Tender Details
The subject of the contract is the supply of food under the name "Food 1" for the student canteens of the UZ ŠDaJ STU in Bratislava in accordance with the required assortment, which is detailed in Annexes No. 3.1 to 3.3
of the tender documents. Expected delivery of the subject of the order: within 24 hours from the delivery of the purchase orderto the place of delivery within the meaning of the Commercial and contractual terms and conditions specified in section D (Annex No. 4) of the SP, for a maximum period of 12 months from the entry into force of the Framework Agreement or until the financial volume specified in point 37.2 of the SP is exhausted, depending on which legal fact occurs more likely. Part of the subject of the contract are related services associated with transport to the place of delivery, loading and unloading of the delivered goods at the place of delivery. The quantities of individual types of goods will be specified by regular orders. The contracting authority reserves the right to consider the estimated quantities asnon-binding and, if necessary, order lower or higher quantities than expected. In the event that lower quantities than expected are ordered, the applicant is not automatically entitled to supply the complete scope of the subject of the contract as defined in Appendix No. 3.1 SP.
