The procurement concerns Food: Pantry, bakery and catering for successive orders and deliveries during the contract period.
Pantry: intends to satisfy the Customer's purchase of daily goods and foodstuffs in consumer packaging. The purpose with the procurement is also to meet the need for suppliers in close proximity for quick and urgent supplementary purchases. Some purchases are also of the nature of educational purchases/social training as these purchases are made together with users/customers from the Customer's operations.
The procurement does not include the purchase of tobacco, snuff or medicine.
Bakery: intends to meet the Customer's needs for fresh bread and bakery items.
Catering: intends to cater for the Customer need for catering for various events, breakfast, lunch or dinner. These events can occur anywhere from early morning to late Evening.
The customer requests agreements with several grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants. Purchases must be made through a physical visit to the supplier, preferably within walking distance of the Customer's various businesses, alternatively via online store/telephone with delivery. Due to the fact that the Customer's operations are scattered within the geographic area of ​​Sundsvall Municipality, the Orderer intends to sign agreements with all qualified suppliers.
