Labor Minister Arto Satonen and Social Security Minister Sanni Grahn-Laasonen appointed in the spring of 2024 Jari Lindström, who served as Minister of Labor in Juha Sipilä's government, was tasked with finding out how the employment of people over 55 could be promoted and their careers extended through labor policy. The surveyor presented in his report operating model, the goal of which is to help the continuation of employees' careers through career guidance and continuous learning at workplaces.
