We are requesting a quote for building technical condition inspection and condition assessment work for properties and buildings under the management of the city of Helsinki's culture and leisure industry sports venue complex. The contract period is one (1) year, and three (3) option periods, the duration of which is one (1) year. The maximum contract period is therefore four years. The total need for the work in question is estimated to be a maximum of 200, 000 euros/year (VAT 0%) and 800, 000 euros for the entire contract period of four (4) years. The work sites are located in properties and buildings managed by the culture and leisure industry. mainly in Helsinki, but also in outdoor recreation areas outside the city and in the archipelago. The request for tender concerns structural, electrical, building automation and HVAC condition inspection and condition assessment works. The contractor is responsible for work management and work safety. For orders over EUR 15, 000 (VAT 0%), the contractor acts as the main contractor and is also responsible for reporting site information to the tax administration without separate compensation. The tenderer is required to have well-established and planned activities, as well as sufficient experience in condition inspections and condition assessments of real estate in relation to the quality and scope of the work to be procured. The basis of comparison is the hourly price of the work and the quality is defined in the minimum requirements. The hourly price means the charge during normal working hours in euros/hour/person, including social security, management, general, insurance, etc. costs and travel expenses.
