Background Innherred procurement carries out this procurement to cover the need in Steinkjer and Inderøy municipality. The background is that the current agreement is expiring, and it is necessary to ensure the continuation of a professionally good and accessible offer to a target group with complex assistance needs. The target group includes people who are far from work and who often have challenges related to health, social conditions, substance abuse, inadequate education and little or no work experience. Many will also need support in the transition from institutions, prisons, drug treatment or other measures to a more stable everyday life and increased participation in society.
