Folldal mines - Comprehensive action plan - Step 1 - Entreprise PRI 1.2 The Directorate for Mineral Management with the Minesman for Svalbard [DMF] hereby invites competition for contract Entreprise PRI 1.2 in the project Folldal mines - Comprehensive action plan - Step 1. A comprehensive action plan has been drawn up to reduce the leaching of heavy metals from Folldal mines to the river recipient Folla. The action plan comprises three steps which together will form the basis for a reduction in the acidic runoff to Folla where Stage 1 includes the following: Improvement of the existing ditch system, the acid water network and the establishment of cut-off measures.
