1. The Barangay Sumacab Este, through the Annual Budget 2026(General Fund) Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 160, 000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Fogging. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Sumacab Este now invites bids for Fogging. Completion of the Works is required from January 23 to February 23, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) weeks from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.



3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
