Tender Details

The tenderer is conducting a public procurement procedure in the subject "Feed for service horses" as follows: Part 1: Meadow hay, litter straw (wheat) Part 2: Fodder beets and wheat bran. The applicant wishes to enter into a framework sales contract, the contract is both in a period of up to 24 months from the date of signature by the party, but no more than the available: 1st part: HUF 102, 722, 900 until the limit amount is exhausted Part 2: until the HUF 12, 607, 875 limit amount is exhausted The tenderer undertakes to draw 70% of the limit amount obligation. The quantities given in the commercial price table are for informational purposes and have been indicated in order to make the offers comparable. Settlement (invoicing) takes place on the basis of the goods actually ordered during the term of the contract a according to the terms of the contract, based on the unit prices specified by the winning bidder, up to the specified limit amount. A detailed description of the goods that are the subject of the procedure is included in the technical description. The quantity of the public procurement: Part 1: - meadow planned quantity of hay for 24 months: 489, 300 kg - planned quantity of litter straw (wheat) for 24 months: 620, 550 kg. The exact technical requirements for the goods to be purchased are contained in the issued technical description.
