PROCUREMENT OF THIRTY-THREE (33) UNITS WALKING-TYPE AGRICULTURAL TRACTOR-FLOAT-ASSIST TYPE

1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7, through General Appropriation Act ( GAA) for Fiscal Year ( FY) 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand (₱3, 960, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Thirty-Three (33) units Walking-Type Agricultural Tractor-Float-Assist Type. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
