The object of the procedure is represented by the purchase of a "FOD detection system for the take-off-landing runway 07 - 25" at Avram Iancu International Airport Cluj R.A.. The description of the object of the purchase is available in the Specifications section of this award documentatione.
The deadline by which clarifications can be requested on the award documentation: 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers, requests for clarifications will be sent to SEAP. The Contracting Authority has established two deadlines in which it will respond to all requestsfor clarifications as follows: the first deadline is the 22nd day before the deadline set for the submission of offers; the second deadline is the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers. The two deadlines for responding to clarifications do not affectthe right of economic operators to address requests for clarifications during the entire period that elapses from the moment of publication of the Announcement and until the deadline 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers established by the Contracting Entity. Depending on the complexityof the requests for clarification addressed by the economic operators, for which the answers should be published at the first deadline indicated above, the Contracting Authority reserved the right to publish the answers to the respective clarifications at the second deadline established in the Documentation to be awarded...
