FNMH - Upgrade MR Philips Achieva 1.5 T The subject of the performance of this public contract is the supply of SW and HW upgrade of the existing magnetic resonance device Philips Achieva dStream 1.5 T, which is owned by the contracting authority, consisting in the implementation of modern reconstruction technologies using accelerated scanning and reconstruction algorithms supported by artificial intelligence (Compressed SENSE and AI-based reconstruction) in the latest version, in accordance with the terms of reference. Reconstruction methods will be implemented to reduce noise and artifacts and to increase spatial resolution using artificial intelligence (e.g. SmartSpeed ​​+ Super Resolution) for all areas of the human body in the entire range offered by the manufacturer in 2D and 3D with real-time reconstruction (reconstruction time time of data collection). ability to choose the level of image influence using artificial intelligence. compressedsensing methods will be expanded for all compatible sequences offered by the manufacturer (including mra, 3d, dce, radial trajectory data acquisition sequences, dwi), advanced acceleration techniques with uniform space sampling technology, including relevant reconstruction algorithms. the supplier must offer the most modern technology offered by the manufacturer for this device as of the date of submission of the offer. upgrade requires replacement hardware, does not require structural modifications. existing investigation protocols will be upgraded along with the delivery. the subject of performance also includes: (i.) installation of the upgrade and its commissioning, including verification of its functions...
