FNMH - CO2 surgical laser The subject of this public contract is the supply of a CO2 surgical laser (hereinafter referred to as the "device"), including accessories for the needs of the FNMH, according to these binding contract terms. The subject of performance also includes: (i.) continuous supply of consumables for CO2 surgical laser; (ii.) installation of the device and its commissioning, including verification of its functionality, performance of all prescribed examinations and tests; (iii.)instruction/training of medical personnel will be carried out by a person authorized to do so pursuant to § 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 375/2022 Coll."); (iv.) warranty and post-warranty service of the device, which will be carried out by the person responsible for this activity authorized, on the basis of the manufacturer's certificate of service technician training according to § 44-46 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll.
