**AMENDMENT 001 IS APPLICABLE TO KOREA SPARES ONLY**
THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO:
1) ADD THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGE TO SECTION C OF SPRRA2-25-R-0070:
This proposal will be issued as a live buy procurement under Subsumable IDIQ SPRRA2-25-
D-0016; however, in the event that contractor identified any parts from appended parts list that
potentially benefit from multi-year pricing under Alpha VI catalog, then contract shall provide
recommended MIN and BEQ, as stand-alone proposal for US Government evaluation. If such
proposal exceeds any TINA thresholds, the certification of proposal for catalog pricing will be
based on total BEQ value.
2) UPDATE THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE FOR KOREA SPARES TO DECEMBER 1, 2025 AT
4:00 PM CST.
3) ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED AND IN EFFECT.
