Fluvius - RFI - Generic communication module The aim of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain market information about future-oriented and sustainable communication solutions for interactive public lighting managed by Fluvius, in the in light of the planned phasing out of the mobile 2G and 3G networks in Belgium. Fluvius wishes to gain insight into possible solutions — including replacement or universal communication modules and associated Light Management Systems (LMS) — that can improve the can guarantee continuity of operation of existing lighting equipment, can be integrated into the Fluvius Central Light Management System (Citylinx, via the TALQ standard) and is suitable for further long-term evolution. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to gather market information on future-oriented and sustainable communication solutions for interactive public lighting managed by Fluvius, in light of the planned phase-out of mobile 2G and 3G networks in Belgium.
