Project Description : A fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM) add-on for a Carl Zeiss Axio Observer 5 microscope is required. The complete set-up is required for a CFI project and will be used for the measurement of local quantities such as pH, temperature and ionic concentration in microfluidic devices, along with fluid flow profiles and measurement (provided through the base microscope). The microfluidic devices are designed in-house and will have a variety of applications, size range for the channels is from the order of a few micron to hundreds of microns.
