The assignment includes ongoing orders for individual cut flowers, bouquets and flower arrangements with accessories for, for example, courtship, giving thanks and condolences, flower arrangements for decoration and care of these, as well as the sale of potted plants, pots, potting soil, outdoor plants and the like for smaller cultivations in the Eskilstuna municipal corporation's operations, hereafter the buyer. The procurement is divided into two parts; Part 1: Bouquets, single cut flowers and floral arrangements for courtship and condolence as well as flower arrangements for decoration in e.g. the town hall and similar premises. The assignment also includes delivery, floral photography or similar, and managing arrangements in the town hall. Part 2: Potted plants, cut flowers in bunches, artificial plants, potting soil, pots, outdoor plants, seeds and the like. The agreement covers smaller volumes per order, not larger plantings. Shrubs, trees, outdoor plants and soil for parks and the like are not covered by this procurement. The procurement refers to a framework agreement. The buyer will sign a framework agreement with one (1) supplier per part as above provided that at least the number of suitable tenders is received.
