The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board (TBDSSAB) invites Bid Submissions (Bids) from qualified contractors for the provision of all labour, materials, supplies, and equipment required for the removal and supply and install of new common area flooring at 1200 Jasper Drive, Thunder Bay, Ontario.
This upgradation is to be done in two phases as it involves renovating the main circulation space and kitchen of a busy, multi-storey residential building. Successful contractor is to provide a project schedule for and commit to a phased installation process to minimize the impact on residents and staff.
All work, including both phases, to be completed by July 31, 2026.
