From 2027 at the latest, the BLS will concentrate all major repairs and revisions in the Bönigen workshop. The bundling makes it possible to handle this work for the BLS centrally, efficiently and in business. For this reason, the workshop will be rebuilt and expanded in the coming years. From 2019 to 2027, the BLS will build several new buildings in Bönigen.
