QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED.
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor to remove approximately 1, 146sqft (square feet) of existing carpet and install approximately 1, 266 sqft (square feet) of 100% waterproof Greenguard Gold or FloorScore Certified Rigid Core Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring to replace the carpet and finish approximately 120 sqft of stairs at the Hop Brook Lake Office.
Please note, the tile has been tested for asbestos and approximately 423sqft of tile contains asbestos and will need to be removed and remediated accordingly. The Contractor shall dispose of all asbestos containing material (ACM) in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local rules and regulations and the work shall be completed by a State of CT certified asbestos removal company.

This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about July 31, 2026.
