The subject of the proceedings is the design and delivery of a complete floor system, which includes: 1. Floor panels;2. Thermal and acoustic insulation system;3. Floor foundation; 4. Fasteners;5. Other items necessary for installation of the system on a wagon. according to the attached documents and provisions in the description of the procedure - Agreement for the supply of sets for 14 wagons. The first round of the procedure (RFI / preliminary negotiations) includes negotiations of the provisions of the draft contract and a preliminary assessment of the level market prices. In the first round, if it is necessary to change a provision in the contract, please submit your proposal via the Questions/Information tab. You must also submit a price proposal.
