Order description German:
Significant parts of the village of Vitznau are in danger of low to considerable danger, which are caused by mage lengths to be caused to the Altdorfbach. There are therefore considerable protection deficits. The canton of Lucerne therefore develops one Flood protection project for the Altdorfbach. The decisive part of the flood protection project is a new slope collector in the Rueti / Buholz area. It is supposed to hold up mature length of up to 60, 000 m3 volume.
On June 1, 2024, a large slip occurred in the catchment area of the Altdorfbach in the Gassruebi, which the Hazard situation for the village of Vitznau.
