Tender Details

Task No. 1 - flood protection service to be performed on paths within the administrative boundaries of the City of Tychy and maintenance of ponds located in parks in Tychy in 2026. The subject of the order in the scope of task No. 1 includes: 1. maintenance and care of streambeds, ditches and ponds, 2. maintaining the flow of watercourses and ditches within the administrative boundaries of the City of Tychy, 3. renovation and renovation works of streambeds, ditches and ponds, 4. keeping things clean and tidy, as well as maintaining and caring for plants water on ponds located in the Park of St. Francis of Assisi, 5. acting as the Investor's Supervision Inspector in the scope of maintaining water facilities (ponds) and all technical devices on the ponds covered by the services. Detailed scope and description the works to be performed are included in the list of works (Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ) and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works (Appendix No. 1b to the SWZ). The Ordering Party reserves that each time before the contractor commences to perform the service, the work selection report will include specifies its material scope and the date of its commencement.
