FLOOD MITIGATION PROJECT
The City Government of Trece Martires, through the GOP- 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Six Pesos & 58/100 Ctvs. (PHP 8, 999, 926.58) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for FLOOD MITIGATION PROJECT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The City Government of Trece Martires now invites bids for A FLOOD MITIGATION PROJECT. Completion of the Works is required to be accomplished within two hundred forty-four (244) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed as to be stipulated in the Contract. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
