1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Tinopan, Rapu-Rapu, Albay, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only. (P 250, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall Phase 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Tinopan, Rapu-Rapu, Albay now invites bids for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall Phase 2. Completion of work required is 120 days.
